The ACCR Foundation is a 501(c)3 organization dedicated to educating Alabamians about the 1901 Constitution and the need for reform. ACCR, Inc. is a 501(c)4 organization created to focus on advocacy.

The ACCR Foundation is a non-profit, non-partisan organization dedicated to "educate the people of Alabama about our 1901 Constitution and the need and opportunities to reform it”.
